Common questions

Straight answers for planning care.

If your question is not here, send us a note. We will respond during regular business hours.

How do we pay for care services?

Invoices are issued weekly for care provided. AmberCare handles payroll directly; caregivers should never receive payment from clients or families.

What if our regular caregiver is unavailable?

Our program is designed for continuity. We arrange a trained replacement so your loved one is not left without scheduled support.

How will the caregiver get to work?

Transportation to and from the service location is coordinated between the caregiver and AmberCare. Families are not responsible for arranging it.

How soon can services begin?

Some services can begin within hours, depending on needs and caregiver availability. We first create a personalized plan and suitable match.
